We are always getting spidered, so why not build a web?
The power of RSS feeds and inbound links are irreplaceable for getting your site indexed. I'm talking about the power you need to drive your site up far enough to get good organic searches going to your site. I'm not talking about putting your name in a search and seeing your site is number one in every search engine. Trust me I have had people tell me they are number one on Google, Yahoo, and MSN. Yes and you should be if you put the URL you own in the search.
Own your own real estate. There are many reasons to own your own domain name and web-site. Because you own it, and you control it. If you don't own your own site, breaking away and getting results is extremely hard. It is very hard to break away from the base URL of any organization. Take a blog site like word press, a Free word press blog will never get to the top of searches on it's own, You have the power of word press but will be bunched with similar blogs when found in a search. If you have spent time building a free site and finally see the value of owning your own, don't plan on using your free database because you don't own it, and rarely are able to walk away with your database.
My intent was not to make this an ad, But I will give you who we use and the reasons why. It is relatively inexpensive to own your own real estate on the web.
For Domain names we use Name Cheap. We use Name Cheap because you open an account and it is yours, you own and control every aspect of your purchase. There is no threat of some company seeing that you have aged and built your domain, and steel it from you, Like some of the big name companies have done and are still doing. You need Your account under your control.

Ok Now for our hosting, we just got put on a new server, real fast now. We were lucky to find Bill Brown, he and his partner own Low Cost Web-Space. Bill (BJ) lives in Belgium. I believe that the server is in Canada. That really doesn't matter as much as the service. Before actually opening an account you must have an interview with BJ. The reason for this is to screen his clients so everyone on his server is upstanding and not going to jeopardize the service in anyway. As far as service you have a problem SKYPE BJ and get a real time answer and help right then and there. He seems to sleep very little. This is the most outstanding service I have ever seen and it is cheep.
This is an affiliate link, He has a small program where you get a little part of the first sign-up when you refer someone, We don't really push it, get a little here a little there, just saving it for a free year of hosting for one of our sites at some point. Physical Therapy and NLP Training
Until today I didn’t realize the extent of my NLP training or subconscious reprogramming was not only effecting me but effecting others I come in contact with.
I got up this morning to my usual routine, started the coffee and took the dogs out, got cleaned up, and went to physical therapy.
